These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, online learning platform, courses, training programs, and related services provided by Excellent International Institute of Technology (EIIT). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, purchasing a service, or otherwise using EIIT Online, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and current information when creating an EIIT Online account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activities conducted through their accounts.
Accounts are intended for individual use and should not be shared with other individuals. EIIT may implement security measures, including email verification, multi-factor authentication, and limitations on simultaneous login sessions.
Where a learner is a minor, enrollment or participation may require authorization from a parent, legal guardian, school, or other authorized representative as appropriate.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment provides the registered student with access to the applicable EIIT course or program according to its stated duration, requirements, and conditions.
Course access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be transferred, resold, shared, or provided to another individual without authorization from EIIT.
EIIT may establish enrollment periods, course-access expiration dates, prerequisites, attendance requirements, and other academic requirements for individual programs.
3. Academic Requirements
Students are responsible for completing required lessons, assignments, quizzes, examinations, projects, practical activities, and other course requirements established by EIIT.
Completion of individual lessons does not necessarily constitute successful completion of a course or qualification for a certificate. Students must satisfy the applicable completion and assessment requirements established for their program.
4. Academic Integrity
Students are expected to complete their academic work honestly.
Cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, unauthorized collaboration, falsification of academic work, misuse of another student’s account, or other forms of academic dishonesty may result in disciplinary action, including invalidation of an assessment, suspension from a course, cancellation of enrollment, or withholding or revocation of a certificate where appropriate.
5. Certificates
Certificates may be issued to students who successfully satisfy the completion requirements established for the applicable EIIT course or program.
EIIT reserves the right to verify course completion and academic requirements before issuing a certificate and to correct or revoke a certificate that was issued because of administrative error, fraud, impersonation, or material academic misconduct.
6. Course Fees and Payments
Fees applicable to paid courses or services will be displayed or otherwise communicated before enrollment.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Students are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Additional payment, refund, installment, or cancellation conditions may apply to particular programs and will be communicated where applicable.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility may depend on the particular course or program, the date of the request, the amount of course content accessed or completed, and other applicable enrollment conditions.
EIIT will publish or communicate the applicable refund and cancellation requirements for paid programs before or during enrollment.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, EIIT course materials, instructional resources, graphics, assessments, recordings, documents, certificates, and other original educational content are owned by or licensed to EIIT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Enrollment does not transfer ownership of EIIT materials to the student.
Students may use course materials for their personal educational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly publish, commercially exploit, or systematically copy EIIT materials without appropriate authorization.
9. Live Classes and Recordings
EIIT courses may include live online classes, demonstrations, guest presentations, mentoring sessions, or other synchronous learning activities.
EIIT may record certain educational sessions when appropriate. When recordings include identifiable participants, EIIT will handle such recordings in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and institutional practices.
10. Student Conduct
Students must interact respectfully with instructors, staff, guest speakers, and other learners.
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, deliberate disruption of educational activities, unauthorized system access, attempts to compromise platform security, or misuse of EIIT technology may result in restriction or termination of access.
11. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining reasonable access to compatible technology and internet connectivity required for their online courses unless EIIT specifically provides such resources.
Temporary interruptions caused by internet connectivity, maintenance, third-party services, power interruptions, or other technical circumstances may occasionally affect access to EIIT Online.
12. Privacy
EIIT’s collection and handling of personal information is described in the EIIT Privacy Policy. Students and other users should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms and Conditions.
13. Third-Party Services
EIIT may use third-party services for functions including hosting, learning management, communications, video delivery, security, analytics, and payment processing.
Use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and privacy practices.
14. Changes to Courses and Services
EIIT may reasonably update course materials, instructors, schedules, assessments, technology, policies, or other program components to maintain or improve educational quality and operations.
Where a material change substantially affects an enrolled student’s program, EIIT will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change.
15. Suspension or Termination of Access
EIIT may restrict or terminate access when a user materially violates these Terms, engages in academic misconduct, compromises platform security, abuses EIIT services, or otherwise engages in conduct that materially interferes with EIIT’s educational operations.
Appropriate institutional records may be retained after account access ends.
16. Educational Outcomes
EIIT provides education and training designed to develop knowledge and practical skills. Completion of an EIIT course or receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, admission to another institution, professional licensing, certification by a third party, or any particular financial outcome unless EIIT expressly states otherwise.
17. Updates to These Terms
EIIT may update these Terms and Conditions when its educational programs, technology, operations, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on the EIIT website with an updated effective date.
